he regular meeting schedule of the Board is the second Tuesday of January, April, July and October, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., by telephone, electronic, or other means not including physical presence, subject to change by action of the Board.  The Annual Meeting was held July 29, 2025 at 5:00pm via teleconference.
